<image:title>Paintings - Sleeping trees and tree of life</image:title>
<image:caption>I adore trees. The appearance of a tree is magical, beautiful, strong and have a sense of being reliable. All parts of a tree gives me happiness and makes me feel comfortable like a nice friend. In this serie the purpose was to visualise a fragile expression with trees, snow and ice, during a sleeping and calm time of the year. I painted with oil on canvas board with a light cold colour palette in thin layers. Material: oil on canvas board Size: 27x36 cm Year: 2018</image:caption>

      <image:title>Paintings - Mystery of love</image:title>
<image:caption>In this serie I explored faces and faces to me are like poetry. Expressions, complexion and the gaze that gather in a form which both invite you and forbid you to get closer. These paintings were made layer upon layer in subtle colour palette in ink. Size: 27x36 cm Year: 2018</image:caption>

      <image:title>Paintings - One of a kind</image:title>
<image:caption>I painted these as one of a kind painting and with the intention to give the paintings a colorful and a strong composition without any other meaning. I enjoy painting abstract because it gives me a sense of “go with the flow” and to work with ink I have to trust my ability concerning how colour works in different aspects and how the form elements works in the composition together with the colour. <image:title>Paintings - Careful faces</image:title>
<image:caption>In this serie I wanted to portray that there is a layer between the vulnerable face and the outside world a kind of present face but carefully hidden and sheltered. I worked with a pencil, ink and crayon with a soft palette of colours. Size: 27x36 cm Year: 2018</image:caption>

      <image:title>Paintings - I am painting my way through life</image:title>
<image:caption>These paintings represent journeys in my life both as an actual trip by bus or car but even as a trip in my mind. I have this strong and fascinating pictoral memory of a blurry sight while looking through the window while travelling with speed and the experience of daydreams during the trip. These paintings are made with ink and in a quick process for keeping the paintings vivid and colourful. Material: ink on paper Size: 76x56 cm Year: 2019</image:caption>

      <image:title>Paintings - Black and white trees</image:title>
<image:caption>In this work I wanted to create a strong contrast between the shapes of the different parts of the tree by focus on the black and white colour. The sense of a wall of trees, that you can't walk through came, by an intuitive and quick way of painting. I adore trees. The appearance of a tree is magical, beautiful, strong and sense of being reliable and all parts of a tree gives me happiness and makes me feel comfortable just like a nice friend. <image:title>Sculptures - Bodies</image:title>
<image:caption>In this project, I strive to depict a subtle abstract form that, in its stillness and steadfastness, emerges as an abstraction of the human body. Like a torso, it stretches upwards and downwards, and its gentle curves guide the eye along a tapestry of subtlety and strength. The pink body, complemented by blue applications, creates a harmonious contrast where the colors interact to enhance the sense of life, movement, and emotional depth.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Sculptures - Abstract</image:title>
<image:caption>This is a work of exploring the language of form, regarding the parts of the sculpture that gather in the whole part of form, a sculpture without any meaning at all. A one of a kind sculpture. I worked with blocks and from these blocks I created the form by carving. A soft surface was done by a lot of sanding. <image:title>Sculptures - Silence</image:title>
<image:caption>My intention of this serie was to create sculptures that expresses silence. The silence can be interpreted as a person that is within herself and shut out from the world in silence. I modeled a shape of a head in stoneware and keept the eyes closed for the expression. <image:title>Sculptures - Subtle closeness</image:title>
<image:caption>I worked with this theme of closeness as an composition and a sense of being close fyscially and I explored that even if there is closeness it can be the sense of movement, of getting away. The pieces are made in white stoneware with a smooth and subtle surface for the expression of softness. First Size: 17x10x9 cm Year: 2014 Second Size: 10x7,5x6,5 cm Year: 2014</image:caption>

      <image:title>Sculptures - Small bodies</image:title>
<image:caption>I throwned these small bodies and I wanted them to have a sense of human character, a body with a twist and not perfect but still okey. The small bodies were placed on a round throwned plate of stoneware and finally the whole form was glazed with a mix of white and black glaze and the colour turned out in a subtle blue colour after firing.
